WINDHOEK The African Performing Arts Department at the College of the Arts is proud to present the dance production "Etyapulo" (Celebration) today and tomorrow at the National Theatre, it was announced in a press release. "Etyapulo" is the celebration of life through music, dance and drama and will be choreographed and directed by Trixie Munyama, Angelika Schroeder, Banana Shekupe, Emmanuel Karumazondo, Sandy Rudd and Lucky Pieters who are all tutors at the College. Implemented in 2006, the African Performing Programme was established to offer a three-year full-time diploma course in Namibian/African performing arts. This musical will be presented by the students who will showcase their talent and skills through outstanding performances. Tickets are available at the NTN Box at a price of N$30 and N$40 respectively. Doors open at 19h00 and the show starts at 20h00.
