Pictured is a truck belonging to Fysal Fresh produce, which was transporting boxes of biscuits from South Africa, when it overturned in the early hours of Saturday morning. The truckdriver, 28, was reluctant to talk to New Era at first, but later explained that he lost control of the truck at the curve along Sam Nujoma Drive in Klein Windhoek. The driver, who was on his way from Johannesburg, sustained minor injuries. The accident took place around midnight, but the scattered goods were only picked up at around 13h00 on Saturday. The driver spent the entire morning waiting for his employer to assess the situation and to load the goods onto another truck.
