Immanuel Ngatjizeko was born on May 30 1952. Legislative Profile He has been a Member of Parliament since 2000 and is currently the Minister of Industrialisation, Trade and SME Development, since 2015. Before that he was the Minister of Safety and Security. He was also Labour and Social Welfare Minister between 2008 and 2010 while he served as Minister of Trade and Industry from 2005 to 2008, as well as Deputy Minister of Mines and Energy from 2000 to 2005.
