Warm welcome…

The first members of the Ongombe Farmers Association started arriving yesterday morning at the Windhoek Show Grounds for the annual Okamatapati Show, which will last until Saturday evening. Key and Kevin Tjihero, sons of chief organiser Albert Tjihero, were at the show grounds early to welcome the first arrivals of farmers and animals for what promises to be the best Okamatapati Show ever. Girly Hindjiu and Venjanderako Muhaindjumba stoked the early morning fires to keep the rich tradition of finger-licking good food going. Photos: Deon Schlechter Okamatapati-1
