ML is on fire with big plans for 2022. The versatile musician and entrepreneur recently dropped a jam dedicated to the people who have a crush on her just before Valentine’s Day.

“Life is easy when you see the light. To everyone who has a crush on me, your favourite jam is out on YouTube,” she wrote on her Instagram page. ML, real name Maria Lisa, also released another song dedicated to her utmost patient taxi drivers. The two tracks, titled ‘Emela’ and ‘My taxi drivers’ were released this week on YouTube.

The local star said music is in her veins, and promised to deliver more live concerts this year to connect with her fans. Speaking to VIBEZ!, ML said her fans had always demanded her to do so, and 2022 is the year to bring the best out of her.

“I will go out for more shows and events so I connect with my fans and make more music. It is important for fans also to connect with their favourite artists in addition to listening to music,” said the award-winning singer.

ML recently made an announcement that she will be going on a continental tour set to begin next year August till December.

The ‘Ondota’ singer will be touring countries such as South Africa, Zambia, Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Nigeria and Ghana.

The singer is going to be one of a few local artists to penetrate the continental market through album tours. More information about the tour will be shared in due course.
