Culpable homicide and reckless and/or negligent driving cases are being investigated by the police in the Ohangwena region after three people died in a road crash on Friday.

The victims died instantly after the vehicle in which they were travelling collided early in the morning.

The incident happened near the Omufituwanakashole village on the Omafo-Okalongo (C45) road.
