A three-day spill was recorded by New Era just more than a week ago at the building site where the new head office of the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology is being erected. On Saturday evening, a burst water pipe in Hugel Street was reported after yet again thousands of litres of water could be seen streaming down Sam Nujoma Avenue since Saturday. The flow was so strong and lasted so long that water ran all the way down the road to the vicinity of the Hilton Hotel, some 250 metres away. 2016-03-22Staff Report 2
