Makers of a new movie to be titled Esuzu and will shot here are calling for all aspiring actresses and actors to audition for roles in the movie.
The audition will take place at the Katutura Community Art Centre (KCAC) tomorrow between eight O’clock (08h00) in the morning, until twelve O’clock (12h00) noon. Director of the movie, Menrose Harakuta, says there is no age limit. Those who will be part of the audition will read scripts during the audition, and successful candidates will be announced the week thereafter.
Esuzu, foam in Otjiherero, is about a 32-year-old struggling businessman who becomes rich after mistakenly being awarded an unexpected tender, and completely forgetting his roots. He later tumbles again after losing all his money to his 27-year-old girlfriend, who steals his money and disappears.
For the audition, Harakuta says they are looking to cast the role of Rina (Mathew’s longtime girlfriend), Erick and Freddy (who are Mathew’s friends) and Mathew’s mother, who is a caring and compassionate women suffering from Asthma. They are also looking for a beautiful girl who will be acting as Bridget (Mathew’s side chick in her late twenties, who acted in the movie with an ambition to get money at all costs).
