2015-05-11Staff Report 2 The FNB Namibia Group has welcomed on board Nelago Ashipala as its new company secretary. FNB appointed Ashipala as company secretary with effect from May 5, 2015. Ashipala will be responsible for the group company secretarial function for FNB Namibia Holdings and its subsidiaries. Nelago holds an LLB degree, is an admitted legal practitioner of the High Court of Namibia, a compliance practitioner (CPrac) with the Compliance Institute of South Africa (CISA) and has completed her MDP with the USB-ED (University of Stellenbosch Business School). Nelago has close to eight years of experience, having spent more than three years in private practice at a Namibian law firm and four years in the financial services sector. 2015-05-11Staff Report 2
