2015-10-14Staff Report 2 In the drive to alleviate poverty in the country First Lady Monica Geingos, who is also the Patron of the Shack Dwellers Federation (SDFN), in cooperation with Standard Bank Namibia yesterday launched a project called “Standard Bank Buy-a Brick-Project.” Through the sale of token bricks, N$5 per brick, the project aims to mobilise the private sector and the public in raising funds required by the federation to build affordable housing units for disadvantaged Namibians.
