2006-03-20Staff Report 2 "By Fifi Rhodes Windhoek A local printing company, Printech had to step in at the last minute to assist the Minister of Finance Saara Kuugongelwa-Amad-hila to print the Budget book after Government printers had a stall on her. Kuugongelwa-Amadhila, together with her husband Onesmus, Deputy Minister of Finance Tjekero Tweya, Director General of the National Planning Commission Helmut Angula and the Permanent Secretary of Finance Calle Schlettwein had to pose for photographers only with the budget speech, which was also delivered late. She and her entourage had to enter Parliament after every attempt to get at least one book failed. Only two books could be delivered by late yesterday. The rest of the two sets of 150 books each will be ready by today. According to Printech owner Willem Ockhuizen, his company was approached at the last minute after it was discovered that Government printers broke down and the product had to be printed elsewhere. ""The last page was delivered yesterday morning after many corrections and signatures had to be changed before finally going to bed.
