In another incident, a case of reckless/negligent driving and driving without a licence was registered when an unlicensed driver of a Toyota Hilux, registration no N 107 ND, lost control of the vehicle and overturned. Shivute said the incident happened at15h00 on Sunday about 52 kilometres from Omuthiya on the Ondangwa/Omuthiya road. “The driver Isack Matsi was seriously injured and suffered a broken neck. He was with one passenger, 23-year-old Tautiko Hipandukwa. They were both taken to Onandjokwe hospital for treatment,” stated Shivute.
