2016-02-09Staff Report 2 Tsumeb A 47-year-old man appeared in Tsumeb Magistrate’s Court on Friday for the alleged rape of a 13-year-old girl at Oerwoud Resettlement Farm in the vicinity of Tsintsabis. The accused reportedly raped the minor victim at an as yet unspecified time after he plied her with traditional liquor at his home. The accused was identified as Ncambe Mishe, the headman of the settlement. He was denied bail and his case was remanded to May 19. 2016-02-09Staff Report 2
