2015-09-03Staff Report 2 Windhoek A 27-year-old man was on Tuesday morning found hanging from a tree with a wire around his neck at Okakarara. The deceased has been identified as Uendjiutukira Tjihoreko from Ombuyovakuru village near Okakarara. Tjihoreko’s body was found hanging in the field between Okakarara town and Ongombombonde village. Warrant Officer Maureen Mbeha, the Namibian Police public relations officer for Otjozondjupa Region, confirmed the incident. “It is not known to us what led to the suicide, as the deceased did not leave behind a suicide note,” Chief Inspector Naukalemo Andreas said on Tuesday.
