2016-10-12Staff Report 2 To the entire Hamutenya family, may the sun bring you new energy every day; bring light into your soul. May the moon softly restore you by night, bathing you in the glow of restful sleep and peaceful dreams. I was a servant of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting at the helm of the late Comrade Hidipo Hamutenya as its Minister. The journey took us to face and tackle the challenges associated with the mammoth tasks at hand of restructuring and steering the ministry into a direction that we can proudly look up to today with compliments and thanks to all involved at the time, as well as Cde Hamutenya’s successors. May the coming rains wash away your worries, and cleanse the hurt that sits in your heart. Life is but a stopping place, a pause in what’s to be. A resting place along the way to sweet eternity. We all have different journeys. Honourable Hidipo’s journey was to help mankind. He gave his life towards the liberation struggle of Namibia. And when the journey finally ends, we’ll claim a great reward and find everlasting peace together with the Lord our God. As our heavenly Father promised in Mark12:26: “He is not the God of the dead, but of the living.” Be assured that he is safely in the arms of our Father and he lives.
