2008-01-25Staff Report 2 By Anna Shilongo WINDHOEK Former Namibia Broadcasting Corporation, NBC Director General, Gerry Munyama, and his co-accused Theodor Engelbrecht made their second appearance in the High Court yesterday on charges of fraud, alternatively theft, forgery and uttering. The two appeared before Justice Sylvester Mainga. During the proceedings, Marlene Dammert, representing Engelbrecht, appealed to the court to postpone the case to allow her to study the case. Dammert said there were outstanding documentations and that she needed time to study them. Justice Mainga granted her request. As a result, Mainga remanded the case to February 21, for another pre-trial. The former NBC Director General was released on N$20??????'?? 2008-01-25Staff Report 2
