2017-10-04Staff Report 2 Albertina Nakale MPs in the National Assembly are currently debating the high rate of the use and accessibility of hubbly bubbly amongst the Namibian youth. Ministers Sophia Shaningwa and Minister Katrina Hanse-Himarwa are calling for a total ban of hubbly bubbly in Namibia.
