Paul Da Prince makes a cameo on The Queen

Multi-talented Paul Da Prince is spreading his wings and making sure everybody takes notice of him in the entertainment industry locally and outside the country.

He managed to get a cameo appearance in South Africa’s most-watched telenovela ‘The Queen’ alongside veteran actress Connie Ferguson and cast. Paul told Entertainment Now! He was hosted by Sthembiso Khoza who plays Shaka on the show and with whom he is a good friend with. “Our friendship is magnificent. When he comes to Namibia, he does stay with me and my cousin. So when I went to SA this time around, he said I can stay with him as long as I’d like. What I like about him is that he does what he says he will do. Many times celebrity friends don’t follow through on their word but he’s different,” he explained.

Onset, Paul played the role of Sanele Khoza. He was a cousin to Shaka and Kagiso Khoza. The character literally just comes back from the States to attend a certain ceremony. “I cannot speak too much about it right now. I didn’t really have lines in that episode. But I got to sit at the same table as the main members of the Khoza family, including Harriet, Brutus, Shaka and the likes of Sister Pat,” he divulged.

Apart from being an MC, radio host and part-time artist, Paul has a degree in Electronic Media and Drama from the University of Namibia (Unam). He has also acted in a series called Don’t Kiss and Tell back in 2015.

The RnB heartthrob will be taking a breather for the holidays but he will be heading back to the studio to record two new tracks for his album. “ Well this December doesn’t really have much planned on my side. Tomorrow (Monday, 8 December) is my birthday but I might host an event to celebrate with friends and family at the end of this week. I haven’t decided yet. I’m also planning to finish recording two more songs to gain ground on my forthcoming album,” he ended.
