2006-11-24Staff Report 2 "By Frederick Philander WINDHOEK 'Nowhere', a play on life after death, is part of a cultural event that will be presented tonight in the hall of Sonop Primary School in the Empelheim township at Mariental. According to the organizer of the event, Lize Kubersky, the event is staged to raise funds for youth projects in the southern town. ""The play, Nowhere by playwright Richard Swartz forms the main attraction for the evening's programme, interspersed with poetic recitals by five local poets and music will be provided by local musicians, DC Band. We have decided on this event as one of a number of community gatherings to help raise funds for youth development projects in and around the town,"" said an excited Lize Kurbersky, who portrays the lead female role in Nowhere.
