Sanlam gives N$100 000 to Napwu
Windhoek Sanlam handed N$100 000 to the Namibian Public Workers Union (Napwu) last week Thursday. The handover was a goodwill payment of 10 percent of the union’s administration fees for their group funeral scheme for last year. At the event, Sanlam CEO Tertius Stears stressed the importance of customer value and the maintenance of good company-client relations. He emphasised that the handover was a token of appreciation from the company to the union. “At Sanlam we value our clients more than anything. We realise just how important their business is and we want to keep them satisfied every step of the way. This handover should be seen as a way of saying thanks to the union and I should mention the fact that this is a well-deserved handover,” he commented. “Sanlam aims at offering the best customer service as well as giving back to its clients. The handover is just one of the many ways Sanlam gives back to its clients.”
