2014-12-02Staff Report 2 The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) yesterday announced the results of both the presidential and National Assembly elections held last Friday, November 28. Following the recent amendments to the country’s Electoral Act, the number of parliamentary seats contested via the ballot has increased from 72 to 96.
