2006-09-20Staff Report 2 WINDHOEK The Swapo Party Youth League (SPYL) Secretary for Information, Publicity and Mobilization Elijah Ngurare says the SPYL 5th Central Committee, which met on September 05, dissolved the composition and powers of the investigative committee, which was tasked to investigate suspended secretary of the SPYL Paulus Kapia. Reacting to an article that appeared in New Era yesterday, Ngurare said that anybody purporting, directly or indirectly, to be speaking on behalf of that committee is purely misleading the readership. Ngurare also refuted allegations that the report revealed that other SPYL leaders were involved in the Avid saga and denied that there was a walkout. 2006-09-20Staff Report 2
