2014-01-22Staff Report 2 "RUNDU - A 27-year-old man drowned at the popular Rundu Beach last Friday when a fun outing with friends went horribly wrong. The deceased, Bruce Visagie, hails from Windhoek. Police suspect no foul play at this stage. His body was only recovered on Sunday morning and his next of kin have been informed about the incident. In other news, the police have arrested a 20-year-old man in western Kavango who is suspected of killing an 18-year-old woman shortly after midnight on Saturday. The suspect allegedly killed Anastacia Hamutenya by using an unknown object. Both are from Kambumbu village where the incident occurred. Hamuntenya’s next of kin have been informed.
