The Pfohls Authentic Fashion store last Thursday marked a historic milestone with its grand reopening and transformation into a mini-department store, featuring an expanded and luxurious collection that promises to redefine the shopping experience in Windhoek.
Previously known as Pfohls Men’s Outfitters, that was in existence since the 1950s, the newly-revamped Pfohls store situated at 29 Independence Avenue now boasts a wide range of offerings, including new and pre-owned men’s and women’s clothing as well as wedding gowns and custom-made gowns, shoes, accessories, jewellery and an atelier.
This comprehensive array of products sets Pfohls apart, not only in terms of variety, but also in delivering top-notch services to its customers. They also stock high-end brands such as Christian Dior, Chanel, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Versace and Giorgio Armani brands in clothing, shoes and accessories.

For those who cannot find exactly what they are looking for, Pfohls offers the bespoke services of their in-house fashion designer – Möller - who can custom-make dresses or suits based on exact measurements. The convenience of an on-premises atelier and bridal salon, operating by appointment, ensures a personalised and intimate shopping experience.

Möller, with more than 25 years experience in the fashion and retail industry, studied fashion design in Melbourne, Australia. His passion for meticulous craftsmanship and commitment to exceptional quality are evident in the exquisite evening and wedding gowns created by the atelier.
Natalia Zvonareva, Möller’s business partner and creative director, brings a wealth of global fashion expertise to Pfohls. Born and raised in Russia, and having lived in Toronto, Canada and Dubai, UAE, before moving to Windhoek in 2020, Zvonareva has been a keen follower of fashion trends, and a pioneer in second-hand designer clothing. Her international experience and a keen eye for fashion trends make her an invaluable asset in helping customers select the perfect items to elevate their style.
