Supreme Court Acting Judge of Appeal Theo Frank was removed from any involvement in the pending appeal of Finance Minister Calle Schlettwein against a decision by the Windhoek High Court to stay the implementation of the provisions of the NamibRe Act, pending the outcome of a constitutional challenge against the provisions of the Act.
