Cell One has announced that residents of Karasburg, Khorixas and Omaruru have become part of the ever-increasing pool of Namibians that are able to make use of its mobile phone services.

“Cell One customers can now also enjoy continuous coverage on the road between Okahandja and Otjiwarongo, as a new site was established at Klein-Omatako in the Otjozondjupa Region.

“The company’s coverage is now available in all the 13 regions of Namibia,” said chief marketing officer, Ivar Talmoen.

According to him, Cell One continues to expand its coverage area on a weekly basis and succeeded in covering about 70 percent of Namibia by the end of 2007.

“With coverage in all 13 regions, Cell One is a choice for most Namibians only nine months after our launch.

With a total of ten Cell One shops and an increasing number of distributors throughout the country, we are making sure that more Namibians get the Cell One experience,” he said.
