Education

She holds Master of Arts Degree, majoring in Women/Gender and Development Agendas from the Hague, Netherlands; a National Diploma in Public Administration and Management: majored in Law and Public Management from UNIN, Lusaka, Zambia; a Diploma in Research on Women and Development, from the Hague, Netherlands; a Certificate in Pan-African Women Leadership from Kitwe, Zambia and Teacher Certificate from the Training College at Okahao in Namibia.

Career

She served as Trainer of Chief Agricultural Officers on Gender, a Development Planner in the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Rural Development, a Member of Gender Network Coordination Committee; a Swapo Women Council Assistant Secretary for Finance and Projects; an Information Officer of the same council and of the Pan-African Women’s Organisation.

As a teacher she worked at Mandume Primary School and Ondobe Secondary School.
