New Era Publication Corporation (NEPC) and Namibia Wildlife Resorts (NWR) this week entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that would set a path for the two state-owned institutions to cooperate in various areas, including training and human capital development. The one-year MoU also allows for commercial cooperation between the two institutions.
