Victoria Shikongo, a debtors clerk in the finance department of New Era Publication Corporation (NEPC), was chosen as the ‘Employee of the Month’ for March. Asked what advice she has for her colleagues she said, “Believe in the work that you do and strive to do better in other areas where you lack.” The CEO of NEPC, Dr Audrin Mathe, hands over her cash prize.
