The Environmental Investment Fund (EIF) of Namibia has appointed Romeo Muyunda as communications manager, effective 1 March 2025.

“Undoubtedly, Muyunda is tried and tested.
The EIF is proud to be associated with such an achiever. We are confident that, given his ability, he will play a pivotal role in advancing the goals and objectives of the fund,” he said.
The EIF has an overall mandate to raise financial resources for investment in environmental protection and natural resources management, maintenance of biological diversity and ecosystem activities and projects that support the sustainable economic development of Namibia. Libanda said this aligns with the aspirations that Muyunda represents after having demonstrated his passion and commitment to environmental preservation through his time at MEFT.
