ON 22 March 2025, President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah dissolved old ministries and established new ones in accordance with the Namibian Constitution. 

These ministries were dissolved:

1. Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Land Reform

3. Ministry of Finance and Public Enterprises

4. Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources

5. Ministry of Gender Equality, Poverty Eradication and Social Welfare

6. Ministry of Higher Education, Technology and Innovation

7. Ministry of Industrialisation and Trade

8. Ministry of International Relations and Co-operation

9. Ministry of Justice

10. Ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations and Employment Creation

11. Ministry of Mines and Energy

12. Ministry of Sports, Youth and National Service
