Gym to open in Ondangwa

Ondangwa will have a modern gym scheduled to open next week.
The Fit Pro Health Club which is the initiative of Omwandi Pola Medical Centre is situated at Sun Square Mall along Ondangwa Main Road.

The gym will offer upper-class services that include body building, Rumba, Zumba, aerobics, bio-kinetics and physiotherapy, among others.

According to the gym administrator Hileni Kuumbwa, nowadays a lot of people are suffering from diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, arthritis, and other chronic illnesses. Such illnesses can be relieved by physical exercise.

Joining fees range from N$250 for students, pensioners and children, to NR635 for couples.  The gym will be open between 5am and 10pm, according to Kuumbwa.
The gym has created jobs for at least 10 people.
