WINDHOEK– The three Afro-pop singers , Tight Kasi Brothers (TKB),  will surely take the local music industry by storm with their second album titled, Calamari, to be released SOON.

They are titling the album Calamari because, Calamari is a delicious food or sea food, the album was named calamari because it contain a bunch of love songs and best Afro-Pop. Tura love made the TKB famous and it is one of their track on the Calamari album. TKB might be dropping their second album but they are not new to the music scene, the trio popularly known for their recent hit single Tura love, which has been making waves on local radio and TV stations. Their first 2012 album was called Breakthrough  and according to them  it was a success for them.

TKB have performed at various shows including the recently launch of  Voigush. Their new CD arrived in the Capital last Thursday. The TKB are signed under the Basement Production, the company that does video shooting, clothing line and promotes artists. Their songs are very much popular and three of their songs have currently been enjoying airplay on local radio stations while two of their single tracks have also been featuring on the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC)’s  televisions’ music programme, Watagwana, and One Africa TV music programme YO Music Video Count Down. The album features by many local artists such as Frieda, Exit and many others who will be performing at their album  launch where they will be selling the TKB shirts as well as marketing their TKB brands. They are not stopping here but have a long-term vision once the  album is launched, planning, among others, to tour  Namibia. TKB will be Launching their album on October 24 in Rundu and they will be also be having a show on October 25 in Grootfontein,  accompanied by  award winning artists, Mushe and Exit.

The Album will be selling for N$120, and they are enticing every young soul and person who loves Afro-Pop  to get the album. The band will soon  announcing the place where the album will be sold  once  the  advertising posters and banners for the launch have been  released.
