I suggest the government should offer help to the people in need.
It should give land to the destitute and not to those haves who build blocks of flats while the poor are left without a place to sleep or stay.
On the other side they give land to people and they build bars.
The worst thing is that those bars do not close. They are giving tough times to these poor kids to study that are staying in Katutura, while they are staying there in Hochland Park sleeping peacefully; their kids are studying very well without without any noise.
They are not thinking about those poor kids that can’t manage to study with all that noise. Secondly some locations don’t have electricity and toilets and we say “Namibia is independent.”
Where’s the independence we can’t see it. We are not living as a free country; the government is just looking on the rich side.
They should also start to look on the poor people’s side. Government should take over those flats and reduce the prices because they are far too expensive for some people to afford, some people cannot afford to pay rent because they are paid less.
