WINDHOEK – Hosts Ramblers Football Club swept the board and walked away with three gold medals at its Youth Academy tourney in Windhoek last weekend.

Excellent winter weather conditions provided the three-day youth tourney with the right ingredients as the youngsters displayed football skills way belying their tender age – much to the excitement of the large crowd that cheered their lungs out as the players battled for supremacy in their respective age categories.

So far, Ramblers have won a total of 18 medals courtesy of an astonishing 11 gold, five silver and two bronze medals out of three events of the five-tourney series with two competitions left.

The club applauded all sponsors, notably principal sponsor, African Marketing, and the numerous helpers behind the scenes.
