It’s a dancing sojourn to the tropical islands tonight Fusion Fun Studio and Tuli Shityuwete from First Rain Dance Theater take dancing fanatics and lovers through the through Afro-Caribbean dance styles in the Dancing Cocktails series  at Franco- Namibian Cultural Centre (FNCC).

Expert dancing instructors from the acclaimed Fusion Fun Studio as well as Shityuwete will demonstrate an array of striking moves of the featured dance styles for audiences to follow.  Alexandrine Guinot FNCC’s communication officer, says the African presence has left a great impact on Latin-American culture, in particular through its music. Almost every rhythm that is listened to, danced and sung in Latin America finds its roots in Africa. “We might not get the audience the paradisiac beach, but it can surely bring them great Afro-Caribbean rhythms that will transport you right to the heart of Latin-America,” note Guinot.
