All learner licence bookings suspended

The Roads Authority (RA) has confirmed that all new bookings for learner licence testing at the Windhoek Registering Authority (NaTIS Valley) have been suspended, with immediate effect, until 30 June 2021.

The temporary suspension has been effected to ensure compliance to the new Covid-19 regulations and allow only 10 persons per seating for learner licence testing and to decongest the NaTIS offices. Clients who have already made bookings for the learner licence test will be contacted via text message from the 2000 SMS line for their date and time of the test.

Furthermore, the RA has appealed to the applicants to kindly only arrive 15 to 10 minutes prior to their scheduled tests to avoid congestion and ensure social distancing.

Visitors should also properly wear facemasks when visiting RA or NaTIS offices at all times as well as adhere to the set precautionary measures and provide full cooperation to security guards and staff.
