Asset declarations: Who owns what where? – Part 2 … as Swartbooi reveals 400 goats and 200 cattle 

The declarations further bring to the fore that most MPs are businessmen and women owning companies, while some heavily partner with local enterprises.
Namibia Economic Freedom Fighter (NEFF) leader Longinus Iipumbu wholly owns Nandjitu Construction and has an 80% stake in Mukuta Security Services.
He has 50% shares in Trinity Funeral Services.

Amupanda and crew

Activist Job Amupanda declared savings in Pointbreak Wealth Management,
a subsidiary of the FirstRand Namibia Group.
He declared Twenty-First Century Radical Publishing and six more “dormant” companies. The AR leader has a house in Windhoek. 

He also declared the Kashiimbindjola Family Trust for family expenses and charity.
His chief whip, Vaino Hangula, declared sole ownership of Native Trading Enterprises CC and Heimdall Protection Systems CC.
He has 33.33% shares in Native Wise Power Trust, and 50% shares in Arva Trading Enterprises CC.
He also has a family home in an unspecified village, including undeveloped land.
AR’s parliamentarian and musician Fridrick Shitana, owns half the shares of Fridrick Shitana Private School and 50% of the shares of Shining Light Investment.
He owns 2 plots in a village (unspecified), and 4 hectares of subsistence and residential land.
MP George Kambala owns 750 shares in Letshego, 750 shares in Standard Bank, and 33.33 shares in Club 48 Holdings.
He is a trustee of the People’s Litigation Centre, AR’s non-governmental organisation (NGO). 

Esther Haikola, meanwhile, is a director of Wakapinya Environment Education, an NGO.
She has gigs at IUM and the Namibia College of Open Learning as a distance tutor.
MP Michael Mulunga owns the National Poultry Farming Enterprise, a hatchery (108 m²) and three poultry sheds (720 m²). 

Kandorozu

Nudo sole lawmaker Vetaruhe Kandorozu wholly owns Uetuesa Trading CC and 20% shares in a fishing company by the name of Ombuayakandokoyo. His remunerated employer, as declared, is Otjimariva Cash Loan, a microlender.
His affiliation is also tied to Otonaka JV.

Unionist

MP Justina Jonas-Emvula wholly owns Omatele Farm and Investment and 17% of the shares in Luxury Investment.
She owns Omatetewe Village House and a residential property in Groot-Aub. 

MP Austin Samupwa is the owner of Mukorufa Trading CC.
He owns 50 acres of communal land in the Nongozi district, Katima Mulilo.
MP Clemencia Coetzee has interests in accommodation services. 

She is the 100% shareholder of Surai Guest House and Benin Investment.
She owns a private unit in Karasburg. 

IPC’s Michael Mwashindange declared interests in microlending through Orange Cash Loan. Nelson Kalangula has interests in the publishing of books.
He is affiliated with NTK Investment CC. 

He also declared his interest and benefits from the sale of books through NTK Inspired Investment CC. 
He has a hectare-sized plot in Oniimwandi, Oshakati and a 30-hectare plot near Okangolo Village. 

Speakers 

Speaker of the National Assembly Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila also declared assets, with 50% shares in a farming entity, Seize The Moment CC.
National Assembly deputy speaker Phillipus Katamelo has 175 shares and unit trusts at Old Mutual and another unit trust in Sanlam and has a 15% investment in Tsongang Limited.

Ngurare

Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare is employed as a part-time lecturer at IUM and is a beneficiary of Sankara Fisituna Pty Ltd.
He is an advisory board member of the Namibia Exile Kids Association, a family home in Windhoek, a house in Arandis, and a plot in Nkurenkuru.
He’s declared the family houses in the villages of Katjinakatji in Kavango West and Okatsheidhi in Omusati.

LPM squad

Landless People’s Movement (LPM) leader Bernardus Swartbooi declared a tractor, 400 goats and 223 head of cattle.
 Dawid Eigub declared a consultancy service at Exact Consultancy Services and a house in Keetmanshoop.
Aina Kodi owns shares in different companies and is a director in some of these companies, offering various services such as construction, roadworks, charcoal and car rentals, among others.
She holds 20% of shares in Stentorian Investment PTY and 50% in Quadripoint Investment PTY.
She has 50% shares in Koshana Investment Group CC and 50% in Shaina Car Rentals and Tours CC. 

Utaara Mootu owns a house in Windhoek.

Nashinge 

Official opposition party leader in the National Assembly, Imms Nashinge, is a 100% shareholder of Rural Natives Trading Enterprise CC.
He owns 33.3% of the shares in Natives Resources CC.

He owns three properties in Windhoek, and the Ondekaremba estate.
IPC parliamentarian John-Louw Mouton has 10 cows and 14 goats.
He has investment interests in digital marketing with a 30% stake in CME Marketing Enterprise CC. 

He also has 51% shares in Sherlock Investment CC.
MP Alexia Manombe-Ncube has interests in cattle farming.
She wholly owns Nyamish Lounge and a Guest House in Kalkfeld.
Has a Khomasdal house. 

Lukato

National Democratic Party leader Martin Lukato has interests in Queensland Village projects and several plots in the village, including 50 hectares of communal land and a cattle post in the Linyati area of Makanga of 20 hectares. 

He is part of Sanlam Namibia Trust.
He also has savings investments in Momentum Unit Trust and LegalWise.

Shifeta

Former Cabinet minister Pohamba Shifeta has declared several residential properties including a 19-bedroom residential property in Ongenga, Ohangwena.
Three vacant plots, two in Eenhana and one in Henties Bay. 

Shifeta is also a crop and livestock farmer, with leasehold land rights in Okongo.
In addition, he holds a leasehold land right to the Mangetti Crop field.

He owns several residential properties in Windhoek, which include a 9-bedroom house and a 4-bedroom house in Kleine Kuppe.
