With my last article still making rounds of conversation on social media, this week, I will keep it a little lighter; menstruation hygiene.

A few days ago, I saw a post on Facebook, where people were sharing a post of female underwear that had a change of colour.  Obviously, this was done to ridicule and spread the assumption that if your underwear has discolouring, you are unhygienic. 

It is endometriosis awareness month and what better way to end the week. When women complain of severe periods every time they have their cycle, they are not looking for attention.

Every year we celebrate Women’s Day and we preach about the same stuff. The only difference is, our demands become stronger and stronger and more vigorous.
