The lawyer of former Roads Contractor Company CEO Kelly Nghixulifwa yesterday told a witness in the long-running B1 City fraud trial that his client was unaware of a facilitation fee of N$150 000 that was paid to Cradle Investments. 

A Windhoek resident who was acquitted on a murder charge at the end of his trial in Windhoek Magistrate’s Court in November 2018, is seeking justice and public assistance to appeal to the Supreme Court.

Lawyers representing government and President Hage Geingob have asked the High Court for leave to appeal a recent court decision to dismiss the exception application in a case in which the Affirmative Repositioning (AR) movement is suing the authorities for failing to service and deliver 200 000 plots in urban areas countrywide.
