Registered nurse Theresa du Plessis of the Katutura Intermediate Hospital pictured yesterday administering incubator care to a newly born baby boy who was found in a bin. Residents of Soweto in Katutura were woken to the sirens of police cars and the noise of a big gathering of curious people when the City Police rushed to the area to rescue the baby from a dustbin. The police took the infant to hospital for immediate care and treatment. The police called on the public to come forward with any information that could help them track down the mother.
