The race to the finals is on with eight Hotshots reaching the final week of this year’s Big Brother Africa reality TV show.
They are Butterphly, Idris, JJ, Macky2, M’am Bea, Nhlanhla, Sipe and Tayo, all vying for the ultimate prize of USD300, 000 when one of them is crowned as the Big Brother Hotshot on Sunday in an explosive finale.
A concert featuring Addiction, Dee Moneey and Tekno si the surprise treat for the finalists. As soon as the eviction show ended, voting opened and it closes on Sunday at 06:00 CAT. Sunday’s show starts an hour earlier, as it is a two hour special, from 19:00 until 21:00. Who do you think will win, who is the ultimate Hotshot? There’s yet another twist to the show as Biggie filled in Housemates that they will be part of the line up to perform at the grand finale on Sunday from the Big Brother house. The theme for their Extravaganza will be “The Big Brother Hotshots Journey”.
Big Brother gave the housemates the rest of the day to conceptualise and plan their performance. In the evening, housemates would be asked to present their creative outline for the extravaganza to Big Brother. Housemates also had to prepare and submit a script for their showcase piece by tomorrow morning. Housemates began work and Macky2 said that he wanted to make sure that the crew ended the show on a high note with a splendid presentation.
Since it is the final week, Biggie made a few “necessary changes” to the weekly routines of the housemates requiring all housemates to take note of the changes and to stay aware of them.
There has been no Head of House this week. All of the housemates have been assisting in the management of the house.
Housemates have been presented with a variety of tasks throughout the week. The tasks are themed around housemates’ memories of their time in the Big Brother house for tonight’s presentation.
There is no luxury wager this week but housemates have been playing for a surprise mega reward tomorrow night.
