By Staff Reporter WINDHOEK Trustco Group Limited’s shares will start trading tomorrow morning (Wednesday, September 27) after the Namibia Stock Exchange Listing Committee gave its final approval for the group to be listed on the primary board of the NSX. The company will have a market capitalization of over N$440 million after listing on the NSX. The company had offered the public to buy into Trustco from September 1 to September 21 at a cost of N$320 for 100 shares after which it gained the support of over 2 500 shareholders. Trustco’s Mia de Klerk said in press statement yesterday that of the over 2 500 shareholders, 50 percent are foreign investors and 30 are institutions that were allotted shares. The listing is expected to be officiated by the traditional ringing of the bell by Prime Minister Nahas Angula, Deputy Chairperson of the NSX, Primus Hango, and Trustco Group Holdings Board Chairman, Advocate Theo Frank SC, after which trading will start. Trustco is inviting all its shareholders to contact IJG, Simonis Storm, the Namibia Equity Brokers group and Investment House Namibia to purchase or sell their shares. Thirty percent of the shares were available to the public, while 10 percent were reserved for purchase by the staff members of Trustco Group Holdings.
