Calvary Gospel Band launching first CD

Home Time Out Calvary Gospel Band launching first CD

Rundu

The Calvary Gospel Band, based here are launching their first ten-track album tonight titled Everything we do God sees.

The ten-member gospel music band was established last September and have since been working on their first album.  “We started the band at church as all of us in the band are choir members of our church, the Evangelical Bible Church (EBC) in Rundu’s s Kehemu location. One of our friend, Augustinus Lobbo, came up with an idea for us to record our talent and we agreed because we thought this will be a way to preach the word of God through gospel songs,” says Paulus Simite, a member of the band. The group went all out to ensure  that the final product of their sweat is a masterpiece. “We rehearsed during weekdays and over weekends we go to the studio and recorded, the album will not disappoint the listeners as we have made sure to bring out the best,” he says.

The album is launching in the EBC Church in the Kehemu location. “We will start just after five O’clock and we are inviting the public to join us at the launch. Support local and you won’t be disappointed,” entices Simite.
