Meanwhile, the Megane R.S. 300 Trophy, of which there are only three in Namibia, represents the best of Renault’s motorsport expertise.

The Megane R.S. has long been a staple in the world of high-performance hatchbacks.

Since its debut in 2005, this iconic model has raised the bar for sporty design and thrilling performance. The latest and last version, the Megane R.S. 300 Trophy, not only upholds this legacy, but also promises to become a collector’s item.

On the Megane, a 4-control option converts the front-wheel drive system to rear-steering capability, which makes for easier, safer and obviously faster cornering. This futuristic feature gives rival all-wheel drive sports hatchbacks a serious run for their money.

At the core of the Megane R.S. 300 Trophy is a 1.8-litre turbo-charged engine that generates a remarkable 221 kW and 420 Nm of torque. Paired with a dual-clutch EDC gearbox, this propels the vehicle from 0 to 100 km/h in a mere 5.7 seconds, and reaches a top speed of 260 km/h.

The engine benefits from Formula 1-derived technology, including a turbocharger mounted on ceramic ball bearings for quicker response times.

Furthermore, Erlank invited potential clients to book a test-drive on either the Captur or the Megane to fully appreciate these amazing vehicles.
