Carin Slabbert was appointed as the new Namibia Hockey Union president, at the elective Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday.  At the same AGM, NHU also managed to ratify a new constitution, which reconstructs a new executive structure and elected a new executive committee. The vice president for women is Marietta Stoffberg, with the vice president for men being Eslon Ngeendepi. The treasurer is Phia Gerber, and the additional member is Rohan Slabbert.
