ONGWEDIVA – Rape accused Anatolia Petrus and Rauha Pinhas made their second appearance in the Oshakati Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday when their case was postponed to 28 November this year.
Petrus (29) and Pinhas (33) made their first court appearance in June this year, shortly after allegations surfaced that they allegedly raped a 22-year-old mentally-impaired man in May and June.
The two allegedly lured the victim into their house on different occasions, and unlawfully performed sexual acts with him against his
will.
Magistrate Siegfried Geiseb stated that the accused can launch a formal bail application. Until then, they will remain in custody.
