ONGWEDIVA – The police in Oshana region have arrested a 36-year-old man who is suspected to have murdered the 24-year-old Elise Nepolo Shikongo whose remains were found buried in a shallow grave at Omayanga on the outskirts of Oshakati on Wednesday.
