The Kavango West governor, Sirkka Ausiku is fed-up with power cuts that have become infuriating to her and the rest of the region. She said these power interruptions are affecting business and service delivery to the inhabitants of the region.

Windhoek High Court Judge Christi Liebenberg yesterday sentenced 32-year-old Inock Mazala Nalisa to an effective 33 years behind bars for the murder of his 30-year-old wife Petra Njakwabo Munikonzo.
