“Area of jurisdiction” remains a grey area

The closest perhaps that the Traditional Authorities Act of 2000 comes to “area of jurisdiction” and something that may be interpreted as perhaps meaning the “area of jurisdiction” of any traditional authority, is where and when the Act in Section 5 (b) (ii) refers to “the communal area inhabited by that community”.

Woman discovered dead in riverbed

WINDHOEK- A lifeless body of a woman was discovered in a riverbed of Omukwanagobe area at Ombili informal settlement yesterday morning.  The body was discovered around 09H00 by a woman who was going to relieve herself in the bush.

Zambezi farmers hopeful despite dry spell
